SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING PROCEEDINGS

CITY OF ATTICA

September 22, 2008

The Common Council for the City of Attica met on the 22nd day of September at the hour of 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. Those present: Mr. Larry Grant, Mr. Bill Craft, Mr. Larry Askren, Mr. Wilson, Mrs. Valerie Maus, Mr. Deon Swift, and Ms. Sharon Negele.

NEW BUSINESS

Mr. Swift opened the public hearing on the 2009 proposed budget. Council members discussed various aspects of the budget and Ms. Negele reviewed the analysis and explanation provided to the County Council. Since there were no questions posed from the public, Mr. Grant made a motion to close the public hearing and Mr. Craft seconded, all ayes.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the council, Mrs. Maus made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Askren, all ayes.
