CITY OF ATTICA BOARD OF WORKS & SAFETY
February 17, 2004

The Board of Works and Safety met on the 17TH day of February at City hall at 5:30 p.m. Members present: Mr. Duane Roderick, Mr. Deon Swift, Mr. O’Connor and Mrs. Sharon Negele. Mrs. Gustus was absent.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the regular session held on February 3rd, 2004 were approved as prepared on a motion by Mr. Roderick, seconded by Mr. Swift.

CLAIMS Claims in the amount of 82,781.74 as shown by the claims and allowance docket, were presented to the board. Mr. Roderick made a motion to pay the claims, seconded by Mr. Swift.

MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mr. O’Connor brought a check from Mr. Small for payment of the bill sent to him from the fire department for the fire at the hardware store. The check was presented to Chief O’Farrell.

ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to be brought before the board, Mr. Roderick made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Swift.
