OF WORKS & SAFETY
April
4, 2006
The
Board of Works and Safety met on the 4th day of April at City Hall at 5:30
p.m. Members present: Mr. Deon Swift,
Mr. Duane Roderick, Mr. David Huckleberry, and Ms. Sharon Negele.
APPROVAL
OF MINUTES
Minutes
of the regular session held on March 23rd, 2006 were approved as prepared on a
motion by Mr. Huckleberry, seconded by Mr. Roderick.
DEPARTMENT
HEADS
Mr.
Snoeberger received notice from the Governor’s Council that grant monies will
become available soon for use on a new video camera for the third vehicle. Ms. Jordan reported that she sent a notice to
Mr. Saylor to repair or tear down his shed.
The Pattengale property is still work in progress. There are additional properties that she will
continue investigating.
CLAIMS
Claims
in the amount of $99,313.87 as shown by the Claims and Allowance docket, were
presented to the board. Mr. Huckleberry
made a motion to pay the claims, seconded by Mr. Roderick.
MISCELLANEOUS
BUSINESS
Mr.
Swift announced that all local townships (Logan, Shawnee & Davis) will vote
at the Attica High School Auxiliary Gym.
ADJOURNMENT
There
being no further business to be brought before the board; Mr. Huckleberry made
a motion to adjourn and Mr. Roderick seconded the
Motion.
