DEPARTMENT HEADS

Mr. Snoeberger reported that Leon Rushin was in court regarding his property and announced that he was going to pay the fine and asked for an extension.  The court issued a 30-day extension to pay the ticket.  Mr. Snoeberger is concerned that Mr. Rushin believes that if he pays the fine then he does not have to clean up the property.  Mr. O’Connor advised Mr. Snoeberger that he could begin issuing a ticket every day until the mess is cleaned up.  Ms. Jordan has contacted the State Health Dept. regarding the condition of the Booth trailer park.  The Dunham property has at least ten trailers in dire need of repair.  Ms. Jordan asked the board on the time frame she should allow regarding the Cooper house that received fire damage.  Mr. O’Farrell will let her know when the Fire Marshall has completed their investigation.

CLAIMS

Claims in the amount of $96,753.63 as shown by the Claims and Allowance docket, were presented to the board.  Mr. Roderick made a motion to pay the claims, seconded by Mr. Swift, all ayes.
