The
Board of Works and Safety met on the 5th day of March 2002 at city
hall at 5:30 p.m. Members present: Mrs. Kay Gustus, Mr. Tom O’Connor, and Mr.
Deon Swift. Members absent: Mr. Duane Roderick and Mrs. Nancy Mitchell.
APPROVAL
OF MINUTES
Minutes
of the regular session held on February 19, 2002 were approved as prepared on a
motion by Mrs. Gustus, seconded by Mr. Swift.
CLAIMS
Claims
in the amount of $62,343.95 as shown by the claims and allowance docket, were
presented to the board. Mrs. Gustus
made a motion to pay the claims, seconded by Mr. Swift.
ADJOURNMENT
There
being no further business to be brought before the board, Mrs. Gustus made a
motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Swift.
