BOARD OF WORKS AND SAFETY

SPECIAL MEETING

DECEMBER 26, 2002

The Board of Works and Safety met in special session the 26^th day of December 2002 at city hall at 9:00 a.m. Members present: Mr. Duane Roderick, Mrs. Kay Gustus, Mr. Tom O’Connor, Mr. Deon Swift, and Mrs. Nancy Mitchell.

Mayor Swift said the special meeting was being held to finalize the claims for 2002 and to get everything taken care of before 2003.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Minutes of the regular session held on December 17, 2002 were approved as prepared on a motion by Mrs. Gusts, seconded by Mr. Roderick. All ayes.

CLAIMS

Claims, in the amount of $203,364.95 as shown by the claims and allowance docket, were presented to the board. Mrs. Gustus made a motion to pay the claims, seconde by Mr. Roderick. All ayes.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to be brought before the board, Mrs. Gustus made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Roderick. All ayes.
