An executive session of the Board of Works and Safety of the City of Attica met on Tuesday, December 4, 2001 at 6:00 p.m., city hall.
On the call of the roll, the members were shown to be present or absent as follows: Present: Mrs. Kay Gustus, Mr. Deon Swift, Mr. Tom O'Connor, and Mrs. Nancy Mitchell. Absent: Mr. Duane Roderick.
The board members met to discuss a pending or threatening litigation.
The meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
